El Capi respects your privacy. This page exists to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited device and usage data with Meta and TikTok through advertising pixels to measure our ad campaigns, which counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time using the control below, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
What We Collect and Why
We collect only the data necessary to provide you with the El Capi experience: your email, display name, usage data, and AI conversation history. This data is used exclusively to operate the platform and improve the service. It is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with essential service providers (Supabase for authentication, Anthropic for AI, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Plausible for cookieless analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
Opt out of ad tracking
Ad tracking is currently ON.
Use the control below to opt out of the Meta (Facebook) and TikTok advertising pixels on this browser. This stops ad-measurement tracking and clears the related cookies. It does not affect your account, your subscription, or the essential cookies the site needs to work. Your choice is saved on this device.
